The Community Clinic provides the highest quality, accessible mental health and wellness services for all ages. We are able to offer options in most programs to meet the person’s schedule, transportation, and other challenges to accessing care:
• Individual, family, couple/relationship, and group sessions
• In-person and online video (tele-mental health) sessions
• Evening and weekend sessions
• Group and individual sessions in the Spanish language
• Access to interpreter services for other languages, including American Sign Language.
The Community Clinic does not provide medication-assisted therapy, detox, residential, in-patient, emergency, intensive outpatient or daycare services. We will work closely with programs that do provide these services by providing outpatient services to support each person’s treatment plan.
Mental Health Services for All Ages
The Community Clinic recognizes that each person is unique. Our team of licensed clinicians offers a diverse complement of supportive programs and counseling for individuals, couples/relationships, and families through individual and/or group counseling. We have expertise in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, age-related issues (i.e., child, adolescent, school), adoption and foster care, trauma-related, and more.
LEARN MORESubstance Use Assessment, Education and Counseling
The Community Clinic aims to help each person understand the impact substance use has on their daily life and those of others around them so healthier choices are made now and in the long-term. We encourage family or those most closely impacted by the substance user to participate in the family sessions.
LEARN MOREProblem Gambling Assessment and Counseling
The Community Clinic provides outpatient services for people voluntarily seeking support, often after facing financial and relationship consequences from ‘gambling too much’ (e.g., lottery, ‘scratch tickets’, casino gambling, sports betting, bingo, online gambling and others).
Our services provide the support, education, and counseling to help the person recognize the problems gambling creates for them and gain skills in coping and problem-solving to manage triggers and help prevent continued problem gambling.
Anger Management
Anger may be used to motivate action toward a necessary change when managed effectively. Through psychoeducational sessions, The Community Clinic clinician will help the person understand and identify the physical and emotional feelings that come with rising anger. The person will learn and use skills to help control the anger while responding to the situation in a more thoughtful and healthy way.
