Outpatient Mental Health Treatment
We accept almost all insurance carriers including most forms of MassHealth. Please complete a referral (link to referral page) or call our office to determine your eligibility and schedule your intake!
Self-Pay Fees
$200 for initial intake
$160 per 45-minute session (flexible fee available based on eligibility)
Assessments and Evaluations
We provide a range of mental health and substance use assessment and evaluation services that are mostly covered by insurance
Self-pay fees
Substance Use or 24Q Assessment
$350 which includes a 90-minute intake session and 2 additional sessions
Mental Health Evaluations
$860 which includes a 90-minute intake session and 4 additional sessions
Massachusetts Impaired Driver Program (MID)
Insurance not accepted
Group fee – $1342.56. Initial intake fee required at first appointment
