Our Philosophy

We believe in person-centered, strength-based therapy,
emphasizing stability and safety for each person so they are able
to gain optimal functioning in three major life areas:

Wellness

The balance between physical and emotional well-being

Recovery

Personal and occupational interactions

Resiliency

Building upon all strengths

All Programs, Services, and Employees Reflect The Community Clinic Mission With These Principles:

Treat every person with dignity and respect;
Respect, value and celebrate diversity;
Serve people of varying abilities, regardless of the intensity of support needed;
Promote active involvement by all participants in the systematic planning, support, provision, and evaluation of services;
Design, deliver, and modify services to meet the unique individual needs and preferences of those served;
Promote innovation, flexibility, responsiveness, and unconditional care;
Use empirical data and technology to continually improve the lives of those we serve;
Work in partnership with others to maximize resources, enhance communication, and foster collaboration;
Enhance the efficacy and public value of human services through leadership and advocacy;
Carry out all policies and practices in an ethical, legal, accurate and fiscally responsible manner.
